"My parents taught me that work ethic is one of the most important keys in life, and I believe that." -Kendall Jenner
One of my style icons is Kendall Jenner. She has looks to die for, and makes what she wears look easy to pull off. She's also my twin because I've been mistaken her back in my town over the summer a few years ago when the Kardashians were filming for their show on Long Island (I denied that I was her, but I should have played along with it since I could have gotten free pizza LOL). In this post, I'm going to showcase a look that I took from her and how I took my own spin on it to wear around campus this season.
- Bomber Jacket: I've always loved bomber jackets. They're comfy and add some edge to my outfits. I prefer buying men's bombers because they have more movement in them. They don't cling to my body like woman's, and the ruched sleeves make it comfy. Get a similar look here.
- High-Neck Top: Collar looks are in style currently. From chokers to bandanas, they are everywhere. Even with the high neck, you can still pull off your favorite neck accessories. I rocked my red bandana as usual with the turtleneck of my sleeveless top. Get a similar look here.
- Leather Leggings: Leggings are the easiest pants to put on when rushing to class. However, they don't have to be the normal black cotton kind. Step your outfit up by choosing one with details. I wanted to add to my edgy look by wearing half-leather leggings. Get a similar look here.
- Black Booties: Because I'm going for an edgy look, I didn't follow Kendall on her shoe wear choice. I opted out for my black booties to complete my outfit. The leather matches with my leggings to compliment them nicely. Get a similar look here.
